Best to you on your journey. Just starting a blog should make you more successful. So many of us are experiencing that same, creeping weight.
As I watched my grandson yesterday, he was just standing, doing this annoying nervous swinging of his arms and moving his legs. He is 9 years old, fit and lean. I got to thinking, if we adults did something like that we too could burn off unwanted calories!! But alas, we’d have no friend in the world. lol
So, I’ll give my best advice, buy good walking shoes because it’s the only item that keeps my weight from going up any more.
